5. What is your greatest career achievement?
In addition to successfully building different work teams from scratch, I had the opportunity to manage critical milestones in my previous position, where as an R&D manager, I successfully handled products’ crises and problems for international customers including huge OEMs in a significantly short time. |
6. What is your greatest personal achievement?
As an Arab Muslim woman, I believe that most of the steps I have taken in my life are personal achievements. In each of my roles I have had the opportunity to personally influence many youth in my society with regards to their life choices. Making them believe that dreams can be realized and no gender and no religion differences can prevent them from improving their reality.

KR has played a major role in sharpening and strengthening my ability to Think Bravely, Lead Passionately and Market Smartly in order to change the business world.

8. What are your goals? What do you hope to further achieve in your career?
With the increasing adaptability to new technologies solutions in the Arab sector I would like to initiate ventures that would capitalize on these emerging opportunities, with the aim to enhance the quality of daily life. Furthermore, I am seeking such ventures which will increase the participation and contribution of Arab women in the Israeli labor market. Combining these two goals is my current challenge.

9. How do you spend your leisure time?
Listening to music, traveling around the world and being surprised by new people and cultures bring joy and colors to my life. |
